These terms govern use of the Silver Forge Nursery website (silver-forge.motorcycles) and booking of plant nursery services described here. By contacting us or using the site, you agree under the laws of Slovenia.

• This terms page on this site is maintained by Silver Forge Nursery; email hello@this site if a step looks outdated for Maribor.
• Quotes from the studio stay valid for the window stated in the reply; silent price lists on this site are guides only for Maribor visitors.
• Hold policies: deposits for plant nursery sessions on this site are noted on your ticket; no-shows after written confirmation may forfeit the hold under Slovenia consumer rules that still apply.

the studio is not liable for delays caused by supplier shortages disclosed before work starts on this site, nor for customer-supplied parts that fail inspection.

Photos and copy on this site stay with the studio. Personal project photos you send to hello@this site remain yours; we only use them to quote.

Paper copies of the studio terms are available at the desk on Gosposka ulica 51, 2000 Maribor; digital master lives on this site.
